Warranty Information

Wooden Roots Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Wooden Roots offers a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to Wooden Roots within 15 days for a full refund.  In order for you to receive the full refund, the product must not have any visible signs of use or wear, and must not be damaged.  All returns that involve natural products (i.e. broken skins, cracked wood, etc.) are handled on a case-by-case basis, as these are materials that are subject to the elements and must be recognized as such by the buyer. How your refund is handled is up to you, it can be a credit towards another item(s), or a credit can be issued to the original charge card/payment method.  This will be processed as quickly as possible, however it does NOT include shipping back to us or back to you if another item(s) is purchased. If you fail to contact us within 15 days of delivery you will not be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee refund.

Drumskull Drums Manufacturers Warranty
Wooden Roots is confident that the drum(s) that you have purchased is free from all defects on leaving our warehouse.  However, the Manufacturer offers a limited warranty for skin breakage (depending on the line of the product: Premier Line OR Import Line).

Drumskull Drums – Premier Line

Manufacturer’s - Guarantee
DrumSkull drums does not offer a satisfaction guarantee for the customer’s of our dealers. If the product has previously been accepted by our dealer, we assume that they are confident enough in the purchase to then offer their own satisfaction guarantee to their customers. DrumSkulls recommends that our dealers offer the same no hassle, 100% satisfaction guarantee as we offer to our dealers. This however is the responsibility of the dealer to establish their own policy for returns and refunds and is not the responsibility of DrumSkull Drums

Manufacturer’s – Warranty
DrumSkull Drums offers a manufacturer’s warranty for our dealer’s customers. In essence this is the same warranty offered to our dealers however it will be reinstated for the customer upon the date of sale.

If skin breakage occurs within....
0-1 MONTHS: 100% Repair Coverage + DSD covers all ship costs.
1-2 MONTHS: 75% Repair Coverage + DSD covers return ship costs.
2-5 MONTHS: 50% Repair Coverage. Customer pays all ship costs.
5-6 MONTHS: 25% Repair Coverage. Customer pays all ship costs.

Manufacture warranty concerns should be taken up directly with DrumSkull Drums, and instruments should be shipped directly to DrumSkull Drums. A valid proof of purchase is required to validate the date of purchase.

Drumskull Drums – Import Line

Manufacturer’s - Guarantee

Please note that this warranty is not an open door to tune your djembe beyond its capacity. Please keep in mind that all DrumSkull djembes begin tuned exceptional tight and therefore each diamond added makes a significant difference in tuning. Tuning should always be done at a slow rate so that the skin can ease into the tension and become more elastic. One final note...all skins eventually break. This is natural and to be expected.

Please note that you the customer must pay all shipping costs incurred with this warranty and work directly with Drumskull Drums (The Manufacturer).
